Public Works: Sewer

Sewer services are billed monthly.

Sewer Utility Rates:

Residential
Single family residences, duplexes, multiple residences, house trailers, mobile homes: $49.15 for each residential unit ($36.10 Metro charge and $13.05 City of Pacific charge).

Non-Residential
Charges will be based on water usage as determined by water meter readings, with a basic unit price of $49.15 charged for the first 700 cubic feet of water consumption. Fractions of cubic feet over 700 will be charged at $7.05 per 100 cubic feet. A minimum of $49.15 will be charged for non-residential use.
